$22.95 flat tracked delivery on every New Zealand order
Delivery is a flat $22.95 per order to any New Zealand address, however many items you order. No minimum spend and no surcharge for rural delivery. Prices are in New Zealand dollars.
We are a family business in Townsville, Queensland, and every parcel is packed and sent from our own warehouse. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday, usually the next business day after you order. Orders placed on a Thursday afternoon, Friday or the weekend leave on Monday.
How long does delivery take?
Every order is sent by Australia Post International Express, and Australia Post's estimate is 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Rural addresses and the South Island can take a few days longer, and parcels move more slowly in the weeks before Christmas. If your order has not arrived within three weeks of the dispatch email, contact us and we will chase it for you.
Tracking your order
When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link, so you can follow the parcel from Townsville to your door. We deliver to residential and business addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Every parcel needs a signature on delivery. If nobody is home the courier will leave a card or take the parcel to the nearest collection point, so a work address or Parcel Locker can be the easier option.
Duties and GST
No tax is added at checkout, and consignments valued under NZ$1,000 are generally not charged import duty or GST on arrival in New Zealand, so the price you see is what you pay. If a courier ever asks you for a fee at delivery, contact us before paying it.
Damaged or missing items
Open the parcel as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 3 working days with your order number and a photo of the damage and the packaging. We will send a replacement or, at our discretion, refund the item. Claims made after 3 working days may not be accepted by the carrier.
