Shipping & Returns

Please read our shipping and freight terms and conditions as outlined below. 

  1. All orders are shipped directly from the Dine A Chook Distribution Warehouse in Townsville Australia.
  2. All orders are allocated with a tracking number as well as insurance for peace of mind protection in the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipping.

Damage Claims:

In the event, an item you receive is damaged on arrival, please use the contact us form and advise us within 3 days of receiving the goods. Failure to do so may result in the insurance being void and your claim being rejected.

At our discretion we may choose to settle a damage claim by the following method:

  • Replace the item with an identical item
  • Refund the total order value

Change of Mind:

If you decide that the item(s) you have ordered are not everything you thought they would be, follow the following steps to arrange a refund.

  1. Contact us via the contact us page to obtain authorisation to return your item
  2. For a change of mind, all costs associated with the return of your goods is your responsibility. We do not compensate for the costs of returning a change of mind purchase. 

*Definition of refund - A refund on a Dine A Chook returned product is for the value of the original item* in 'as new' resaleable, unused condition. *The refund amount will be less the actual freight costs in the event where the costs of original freight were higher than what you were charged at the time of your order placement. 

We reserve the right to not accept any refund on an item returned to us without prior approval via the contact us page

As we ship Monday to Friday to New Zealand, our shipping and transit times are generally quite quick. Obviously, if you live in regional or country areas away from Capital cities and their outer suburbs, it should be expected that your delivery may take a little longer.
